AplusB is an innovative user-centered strategy research and consulting company.
Created by Anthony Loiselet and Brice Kovács, ergonomists and experts in digital accessibility, AplusB comes from the observation that a user-centered approach is an essential condition for the success of any project.
This approach places the user at the heart of projects and makes it possible to:
- guarantee the safety and well-being of users;
- improve the usefulness and ease of use of a system and therefore its use;
- control projects in terms of cost, deadlines and deployment;
- maximize return on investment for the company and its employees.
AplusB proposes to break down this approach according to four related themes:
- Ergonomics: the study and design of interactions between humans and a system (computer system, workstation, work organization, etc.).
- Change management: support and implementation of solutions for the transformation of an organization.
- Accessibility: making digital resources available to all individuals, regardless of their hardware or software, their network infrastructure, their native language, their culture, their geographic location, or their physical or mental abilities.
- Graphics: the aesthetic contribution to a service.

AplusB est une société innovante d’étude et de conseil en stratégie centrée utilisateurs.
Créée par Anthony Loiselet et Brice Kovács, ergonomes et experts en accessibilité numérique, AplusB est issu du constat qu’une démarche centrée utilisateurs est une condition indispensable à la réussite de tout projet.
Cette démarche place l’utilisateur au cœur des projets et permet de :
- garantir la sécurité et le bien-être des utilisateurs ;
- améliorer l’utilité et la facilité d’utilisation d’un système et donc son utilisation ;
- maitriser les projets en terme de coût, délais et déploiement ;
- maximiser le retour sur investissement pour l’entreprise et ses salariés.
AplusB se propose de décliner cette démarche suivant quatre thématiques connexes :
- L’ergonomie : l’étude et la conception des interactions entre l’homme et un système (système informatique, poste de travail, organisation du travail, etc.).
- La conduite du changement : l’accompagnement et la mise en place de solutions pour la transformation d’une organisation.
- L’accessibilité : mettre les ressources numériques à la disposition de tous les individus, quel que soit leur matériel ou logiciel, leur infrastructure réseau, leur langue maternelle, leur culture, leur localisation géographique, ou leurs aptitudes physiques ou mentales.
- Le graphisme : l’apport esthétique à un service.
