The idea of "in the last row" was born under the vital and professional experience of four alumni of the Exe program and professors of E.S.O. and FP in neighborhoods at risk of social exclusion of the Community of Madrid. After knowing firsthand the social and educational inequalities that exist in the classrooms of our schools and institutes, we dedicated that it was time to do something else. Thus arose the idea of this association and the first project that carries out: Master FPLAB.
Master FPLAB is the first master against school abandonment for students at risk of social exclusion of basic professional training. This group is the most abandoned in the system and the one with a higher school abandonment rate: half of the students leave school. Last year 68,000 young people enrolled in the FPB in Spain and only 34,000 finished it. The time to act is now.
In Master FPLAB, participants devise and implement a social entrepreneurship project training in the techniques used by the most prestigious schools and universities. In addition, the training is in charge of first level professionals and entrepreneurs. We need to give these young people the opportunity to come into contact with the education to which they do not have access to their circumstances. Master FPLAB is carried out in Impacthub Madrid, a collaborative work space that brings together companies and starts-up with marked social character.
The ultimate goal is for participants to develop skills and competencies that make them motivated and inspiring people who feel able to build a personal, professional and academic ambitious future. We want these young people to own their future and that it is not their circumstances that determine where they will end.

La Asociación "En la Última Fila" tiene como misión que todos los jóvenes, independientemente del entorno donde crezcan, puedan ser y hacer lo que ellos se propongan.
La idea de "En la Última Fila" nace al amparo de la experiencia vital y profesional de cuatro alumni del Programa ExE y profesores de E.S.O. y FP en barrios en riesgo de exclusión social de la Comunidad de Madrid. Tras conocer de primera mano las desigualdades sociales y educativas que existen en las aulas de nuestros colegios e institutos, dedicimos que era el momento de hacer algo más. Así surgió la idea de esta asociación y del primer proyecto que lleva a cabo: Máster FPlaB.
Máster FPlaB es el primer máster contra el abandono escolar para alumnos en riesgo de exclusión social de Formación Profesional Básica. Este colectivo es el más abandonado del sistema y el que tiene una mayor tasa de abandono escolar: la mitad de los alumnos dejan la escuela. El año pasado se matricularon 68.000 jóvenes en la FPB en España y sólo 34.000 la terminaron. El momento de actuar es ahora.
En Máster FPlaB, los participantes idean e implementan un proyecto de emprendimiento social formándose en las técnicas que utilizan las escuelas y universidades más prestigiosas. Además, la formación corre a cargo de profesionales y emprendedores de primer nivel. Querecemos dar la oportunidad a estos jóvenes de entrar en contacto con la educación a la que por sus circunstancias no tienen acceso. Máster FPlaB se lleva a cabo en ImpactHub Madrid, un espacio de trabajo colaborativo que aglutina a empresas y starts-up con marcado caracter social.
El objetivo final es que los participantes desarrollen habilidades y competencias que les conviertan en personas motivadas e inspiradoras que se sienten capaces de construir un futuro personal, profesional y académico ambicioso. Queremos que estos jóvenes sean dueños de su futuro y que no sean sus circunstancias las que determinen dónde van a acabar.
