VIGUIER is an international architecture and city or street furniture for public as well as private purposes. The firm employs 150 people from 15 countries led by Jean-Paul Viguier. Many of their iconic works have gained international recognition, such as : the French pavilion at the Seville World Fair (1992), the France Télévisions headquarters (1998) – the first ever American modern art museum built by a French architect, the Maroc Telecom tower in Toulouse (2014)... These productions will soon be followed by Banque de France’s fiduciary hub in La Courneuve an office tower in Casablanca, the IoT Valley in Toulouse. Placing the architect in a constant contextual movement, many of Jean-Paul Viguier’s works are part of a reflection on the connection to ancient constructions such as: the Reims library (2002) facing the Notre-Dame de Reims cathedral, the Natural History Museum in Toulouse (2003) and more recently the Canadian Embassy in Paris and the remodeling of the flagship store of one of the most notorious French couture brand." title="" class="btn" data-container="body" data-html="true" data-id="2505" data-placement="top" data-toggle="popover" data-trigger="focus" style="color:#0077b5" tabindex="0" data-original-title="VIGUIER architecture urbanisme paysage"> 14,293

\ Inauguration \
The official inauguration of the Data Village project (co-living by Hife) is taking place in Labège tonight!
On former SANOFI grounds, two buildings dedicated to entrepreneurs, industrialists, researchers, students, and visitors create the necessary ecosystem for technological innovation. One, Data Village, includes a co-living residence, wellness space, and dining area. The other, Data Valley, houses digital companies in spaces differentiated by their uses. Both are oriented towards the park for user comfort, featuring a controlled volumetric layout designed to minimize visual impact and optimize integration into the surrounding public space landscape. The two buildings, each with its own architectural form, celebrate the relationship with the landscape through glass façades, rhythmically blending exterior and interior spaces. A continuous terrace connecting the two buildings ensures visual continuity and reflects the project’s goal of connecting entities and uniting energies.
Congratulations to our team and partners:

Facing the Seine river in Paris, BRIDGE is composed of two buildings marking the perimeter of a pedestrian public space: a new office building and a refurbished 19th century, historic Eiffel-style covered market hall. The headquarters is characterized by its 15m long, top-floor glass cantilever.
On the inside, BRIDGE opens on a 30m high and 80m long landscaped atrium. The visitor is immersed in an "indoor city" composed of suspended volumes. Above the atrium, the office spaces extend into plant-covered balconies horizontally and into two levels of planted rooftops vertically. The entire building is bathed in natural light thanks to three wide glass roofs. BRIDGE's architecture is said to be "tectonic": each floor is an inhabited plate with its interior areas and its exterior extensions.
