The Golden Chance Foundation, established October 9, 2016. Filed with the state of Tennessee as a 501c(3) charitable non-profit organization, The Golden Chance Foundnation serves with the sole purpose of providing resources and scholarships needed to excel while pursuing a degree and/or lessen the financial burden of higher education, to full-time students of accredited colleges or universities who were affected by the premature death of a biological parent(s). Founded by Michael S. Jenkins Jr., a Florida A&M University graduate who is driven by his passion for helping others and the loss of his own biological parents at the age of ten.
