Mundi Ventures invests in LAIIER’s $4M seed extension round! 🌊
We are thrilled to announce that our portfolio company LAIIER, a leader in liquid leak detection technology, has successfully closed an oversubscribed $4 million seed extension funding round. This round was led by Closed Loop Partners Ventures Group, with participation from Mundi Ventures, Burnt Island Ventures, and several new investors. LAIIER's innovative Severn WLDTM technology is set to revolutionise how commercial and industrial buildings manage water and liquid risks, addressing the staggering $19 billion in annual damages caused by liquid leaks.
Since our initial investment in July 2022, we have witnessed LAIIER's remarkable growth and development of its proprietary solutions. This funding will enable them to accelerate their expansion across North America and enhance their product offerings.

🚀 Exciting Milestone for Sami!
We are thrilled to share that our portfolio company Sami has successfully raised $10 million in a new funding round. This milestone marks an important step forward in their mission to transform healthcare accessibility in Brazil.
The Series B extension round was led by Mundi Ventures and StoneX Brasil, with continued support from key investors, including monashees, Valor Capital Group, Redpoint eventures, DN Capital and ENSEADA FAMILY OFFICE.
As Featured in Bloomberg, this funding will propel "Sami 2.0" enabling the company to focus on the development of innovative products to expand healthcare access in underserved regions of Brazil in parallel to achieving a financial breakeven.
The funding will also support the launch of new regionalised health plans focused on São Paulo’s Central, Southern, and Northern areas, designed to enhance proximity and engagement with beneficiaries.
