His first objective was to find the solution to the real puzzle that was nutrition before exercise and to develop a food that would allow you to approach your sports competition in the best conditions.
After a long phase of development and testing, he created what would become the emblematic food of sports nutrition: GATOSPORT... and the first link in a long series of creations.
OVERSTIM.s was born!
Daniel quickly noticed the success he had with his sports entourage. He then shared his passion for sports nutrition at the biggest sporting events: from Alpe d'Huez to Embrun, from Tourmalet to Annecy, from Paris to Brest... a journey marked by many meetings and sharing that fueled the creation of drinks, gels, bars, energy cakes.

L’aventure commence en 1982
Au début des années 80, la diététique sportive n’en était qu’à ses balbutiements et se résumait à une sélection restreinte d’aliments pas vraiment adaptés et à quelques boissons laissant souvent à l’estomac des utilisateurs un souvenir « irritant ».
Faute de trouver dans l’offre existante une énergie saine et digeste adaptée à sa pratique sportive, Daniel de Saint Ouen, sportif accompli et passionné de cyclisme, décida de proposer une alimentation sportive répondant à ses besoins, en harmonie avec ses valeurs et celle du sport.
Son objectif premier fut de rechercher la solution au véritable casse-tête qu’était l’alimentation avant effort et de mettre au point un aliment permettant d’aborder dans les meilleures conditions sa compétition sportive.
Après une longue phase de développement et d’essais, il créa ce qui allait devenir l’aliment emblématique de la nutrition sportive : le GATOSPORT... et le premier maillon d’une longue suite de créations.

Très vite, Daniel constata le succès rencontré auprès de son entourage sportif. Il partagea alors sa passion pour la nutrition sportive sur les plus grands événements sportifs : de l’Alpe d’Huez à Embrun, du Tourmalet à Annecy, de Paris à Brest ... un parcours jalonné par de nombreuses rencontres et partages qui alimentèrent la création de boissons, gels, barres, gâteaux énergétiques.
