Notre mission est de faire face au gaspillage alimentaire d’une manière responsable, utile et juste, en valorisant des fruits et légumes grâce à leur transformation en jus. Depuis 2017 nous travaillons en direct avec les producteurs français et achetons leurs écarts de tri, ces fruits jugés trop « moches » pour être vendus.
Nous travaillons exclusivement avec des producteurs français et nos jus sont pressés en Alsace selon une méthode artisanale. Nous attachons une importance particulière à la juste rémunération des producteurs lorsque nous achetons leurs fruits.
