Founded in 2012 by experienced entrepreneurs, we accompany managers and their investors throughout the process and in all its dimensions (financial, strategic, human marketing etc.) in order to maximize the value and quality of the project.
Our expertise in positioning technology companies within global organizations allows us to create and nurture human, technical and market synergies.
We specialize in selling to international buyers who understand the strategic value of the product and the team well beyond its financial metrics, which has often allowed us to achieve unexpected valuations.
Based in Paris and with a presence in Tel Aviv and San Francisco, IPTP has over 20 M&A professionals and completes approximately 15 transactions per year.
