KWESST develops and commercializes proprietary next-generation technologies that deliver a tactical advantage for military, security forces, and personal defense. KWESST capabilities and market offerings are grouped into three main lines of business: Non-Lethal, Digitization, and Counter-Threat.

Non-Lethal products include the PARA OPS and ARWEN non-lethal product lines for personal defense, public safety, and realistic training. Product offerings such as low energy cartridges, specialized projectiles, and launchers for personal and professional use collectively introduce a new era in safe, reliable, and effective set of tools for next generation protection.

Digitization encapsulates KWESST’s focus on meeting the challenge of fully digitizing the Tactical Edge: those commanders, soldiers, operators, and sensor systems conducting dismounted operations at the company level and below. Leveraging the game-changing advantages of TAK (Team Awareness Kit) as a foundational capability, KWESST has developed its proprietary TASCS “Tactical and Situational Control System'' software development toolset that enables sensor and effector integration with TAK. A signature product is KWESST’s Integrated Fires Module (IFM), which converts “dumb” legacy weapon systems to “smart” precision weapons without any modification to the weapon or ammunition.

Counter-Threat products are TAK-integrated and include a line of Battlefield Laser Defence Systems (BLDS) designed to counter the emerging threat of weaponized lasers against personnel; and the PhantomTM electro-magnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) decoy system to mask and obfuscate the electro-magnetic signature of friendly forces with decoy signatures.
