L'Aract Occitanie est l'une des 16 Agences régionales de l’Anact (Agence nationale pour l'amélioration des conditions de travail) – un établissement public administré par l’Etat et les partenaires sociaux, doté d’une mission de service public.
Implantée en Occitanie depuis 1985, l’Aract accompagne les organisations - en priorité les TPE- PME - dans la mise en place de démarches d’amélioration des conditions de travail adaptés aux besoins locaux, et prenant en compte les enjeux des salarié.es et des directions. L’objectif ? Concilier la qualité de vie et des conditions de travail et la performance globale de la structure.
Son objectif : améliorer les conditions de travail des salariés, l’efficacité des entreprises et des organisations, promouvoir des démarches d'innovation sociale, en agissant notamment sur l’organisation du travail et les relations professionnelles.
Pour cela, l’Aract conçoit et diffuse des méthodes et outils éprouvés sur le terrain dans un objectif partagé : concilier durablement qualité de vie au travail et performance.
