Une communauté: Favoriser entre ses membres les échanges, l’entraide, la solidarité, la mutualisation de moyens, de pratiques, de connaissances, d’expériences et de savoir-faire trans-disciplinaire et trans-générationnel afin de faciliter le passage de l’idée à la réalité pour les membres de l’association.
Une ouverture sur le monde : Permettre la rencontre entre habitants du territoire et de citoyens de l’Union Européenne (et du monde) basée sur des besoins et projets locaux.
Des projets locaux: Organiser des ateliers d’utilité publique (formations, repair cafés, etc.) et aussi des événements hors du siège social dynamisant ainsi par ses actions l’attractivité du territoire.
Résidence Internationale : Dans cette dynamique de TL rurale va également s’ajouter un volet d’accueil de porteurs de projets internationaux qui viendront vivre de quelques semaines à quelques mois en résidence à Manzat et le TL sera leur lieu travail.
