Le Groupement Interrégional de Recherche Clinique et d’Innovation Sud-ouest Outre-Mer Hospitalier (GIRCI SOHO), structuré en GCS de droit public, a notamment en charge de soutenir, développer et structurer la recherche clinique et l’innovation, le maillage et l’animation territoriale, de développer des partenariats académiques, institutionnels et industriels.
