La FEMAGE promeut l'exercice coordonné pluriprofessionnel (ESP, MSP, CPTS, CDS) libéral et salarial, en soins primaires et secondaires, pour une amélioration de l'accès aux soins de proximité et de la qualité des soins à l'échelle du Grand Est, en lien avec la politique régionale de santé.
La FEMAGE a pour missions :
- Promotion de l'exercice coordonné et regroupé
- Appui au développement des maisons de santé urbaines
- Soutien à la création de nouveaux métiers (coordonnateurs, IPA, assistants médicaux...) et commission régionale des coordinateurs
- Accompagnement à l'entrée des structures dans l'Accord Conventionnel Interprofessionnel (ACI)
- Accompagnement des projets de Communautés Professionnelles Territoriales de Santé (CPTS)
- Expertise/Formation aux équipes dans les domaines de la gestion, management et organisation des soins
- Méthodologie de projets de santé publique
- Appui au développement des maisons de santé universitaires
- Promotion de la recherche clinique en soins primaires
- Implication dans l'enseignement pluriprofessionnel universitaire et la formation continue
- Évaluation des pratiques professionnelles et la démarche qualité
- Élaboration et mise en place d'actions de santé publique spécifiques
- Aide à l'élaboration de protocoles pluriprofessionnels
- Mutualisation d'outils communs des structures participant à la fédération.
