Portée par l'Hôpital de Nanterre - Centre d'Accueil et de Soins Hospitaliers (CASH), la Fondation Hospitalière pour la Recherche sur la Précarité et l’Exclusion sociale favorise le développement de recherches-actions sur la pauvreté, l’exclusion sociale, la santé mentale, le vieillissement ou le handicap, par le financement de programmes de recherche multidisciplinaire.
Notre objectif : passer de la réflexion à l’action, via l’expérimentation et l’évaluation, pour faire de la santé un moyen de prévenir la précarité, empêcher le processus de décrochage social, favoriser l’insertion ou la réinsertion des publics, dans toute leur diversité.
1. Soutenir et développer la recherche multidisciplinaire sur tous les aspects de la précarité, en intégrant professionnels de terrain et chercheurs ; des études évaluant des programmes qui pourront être implantés et généralisés, une fois leur impact démontré.
2. Valoriser et diffuser les connaissances : faire connaître les solutions et bonnes pratiques issues des travaux de recherche que la fondation aura entrepris ou soutenus, ainsi que les conclusions d’autres études relatives aux populations en situation de précarité.
3. Alerter les pouvoirs publics sur les problématiques nouvelles rencontrées par les populations en situation de précarité, inspirer de nouvelles approches.
