🤔 Começando esse post com uma reflexão... quantos painéis você foi em que todos os palestrantes/speakers eram homens?

Acho que essa não é difícil de responder, certo? Também não acho que devemos mudar 100% para o oposto, mas garantir cada vez mais que homens e mulheres estejam juntos, sendo ouvidos e somando, de igual pra igual, em todas as pautas.

🎤 E agora, indo além... quantas competições ou sessões de pitchs que você já assistiu, ou participou, ou foi juri, em que todas as empreendedoras eram mulheres?

Essa pode ser um pouco difícil de lembrar, ou de ter vivido...

Ontem eu fui dormir feliz, e hoje acordei também. Feliz e inspirada por alguns motivos:
1️⃣ Por poder viver do zero a construção de uma comunidade de Climate Tech no 🇧🇷 (e por em cada meetup - ontem foi o nosso 3o - reforçar a minha tese de que não precisamos sair do Brasil ou só ouvir especialistas de fora pra esses temas - temos brasileiras e brasileiros referência trabalhando por e fazendo a diferença aqui, no nosso país!).
É um orgulho fazer parte e ser embaixadora do ClimateHack em SP, mais do que isso, trabalhar com um time tão bom (e por coincidência, 100% feminino) Caroline Takita e Laura Vehanen, sou fã de vocês, muito obrigada!
2️⃣ Por mesmo depois de um dia intenso de trabalho, vivenciar um encontro tão rico, começando pela abertura inspiradora da Cassia Moraes, brasileira referência em clima que já participou de 9 COPs; passando por um painel incrível e inspirador com Laura Marchiori, investidora de VC na Indicator Capital, com Giovanna Meneghel, CEO e cofundadora da Nude., e com Jana Maria, trazendo as perspectivas de ecossistema na liderança da frente ESG no Cubo Itaú.
O painel estava tão bom, que passamos do tempo e ninguém se importou (sabe aquela atmosfera que você sente que a audiência não quer que acabe? e quem organiza eventos, painéis e meetups de inovação, sabe o quanto é difícil!)
3️⃣ Como se não bastasse tudo isso, fechamos com chave de ouro, com uma pitch session de fundadoras mulheres - 3 empreendedoras, 3 soluções ligadas a clima, e claro... 3 pitchs de altíssima qualidade ✨ Marcela Miranda da Uttala - Educação Climática, Iara Vicente da Nossa Terra Firme , e Clara Johannpeter da Agroforestree, vocês foram (e são) inspiradoras e incríveis.

Fui dormir e acordei feliz, mas não quero sentir isso só em eventos especiais no mês de março. E também sei que não precisamos de um evento 100% feminino pra que as mulheres sejam ouvidas e tenham relevância.

Sei mais, que o nosso capítulo do ClimateHack é oficialmente em SP, mas que nunca tivemos apenas paulistas entre os participantes. E é por isso que queremos ir além!!
