At kipawa, the training is designed as an alternation program, adapted to asylum seekers who do not yet have access to employment: each learner divides his time between group French lessons and time spent in an association as a volunteer.
The association is chosen in line with what each exiled person can bring to it: know-how, skills, talents in the field.
Each individual therefore invests in theoretical learning coupled with regular practice of the French language around shared interests.

Chez kipawa, la formation est conçue comme un programme d’alternance, adapté aux personnes demandeuses d’asile qui n’ont pas encore accès à l’emploi : chaque apprenant partage son temps entre cours collectifs de français et temps passé dans une association en bénévolat.
L’association est choisie en cohérence avec ce que chaque personne exilée peut lui apporter : savoir-faire, compétences, talents dans le domaine.
Chaque individu s’investit donc dans un apprentissage théorique couplé à une pratique de la langue française régulière autour de centres d’intérêt partagés.
