Created in 1958, Manuthiers specialises in serial production of injected plastic parts.
Our Research and Development Department supports you in the conception of your projects, from 2D and 3D drawings and in compliance with your requirements specification.
We have a mechanical workshop internally for the conception, the manufacturing and the maintenance of the moulds. Manuthiers realises or outsources, in Europe and in Asia, moulds for every line of business. The moulds are stocked in a secure and firebreak warehouse.
We manage the injection and the bi-injection process, as well as the over-moulding of all kind of insert. We produce parts from 1g to 1 500g, complex or aesthetic parts, in medium or high mass production.
Thanks to the skills of our Industrialisation Department, we can develop several kind of automated process (3 to 6 axis numerical robots, automated assembly straight out of the moulding machine).
Manuthiers has the ISO 9001 certification. Our Metrological Department ensures the parts control with measurement using sensors and camera in an air-conditioned room.
Internally or with our local partners, we can answer your needs in serigraphy, tampography, marking, assembly, bagging, packaging.

Créée en 1958, Manuthiers est spécialisée dans la production de pièces plastiques injectées en série.
Notre bureau d’étude vous accompagne dans la conception de vos projets, à partir de fichiers 2D et 3D et dans le respect de votre cahier des charges.
Nous intégrons un atelier de mécanique pour la conception, la fabrication et la maintenance des outillages. Manuthiers réalise ou externalise, en Europe et en Asie, des moules pour tous les secteurs d’activités. Les moules sont stockés dans des locaux pare-feu sécurisés.
Nous maitrisons l’injection, la bi-injection, ainsi que le surmoulage de tous types d’insert. Nous fabriquons des pièces de 1 à 1 500 gr, complexes ou d’aspect, de moyenne et grande série.
Les compétences de notre service industrialisation nous permettent de développer différents process automatisés (robots 3 à 6 axes numérisés, assemblage automatisé en sortie de presse).
Manuthiers est certifiée ISO 9001. Notre service métrologie assure un contrôle des pièces avec mesure par palpage ou vision dans une salle climatisée.
En interne ou avec nos partenaires locaux, nous saurons répondre à vos besoins en sérigraphie, tampographie, marquage, assemblage, ensachage, emballage.
