VRAC est l’acronyme de « Vers des réseaux d’achat en commun ». Notre mission est de créer les conditions de l’accès à une alimentation durable et de qualité pour les habitants des quartiers populaires.
Concrètement, VRAC agit sur deux leviers complémentaires :
- L’organisation de groupements d’achats de produits de qualité, biologiques et/ou locaux dans les quartiers, reposant sur la mobilisation des habitants. Il s’agit principalement de produits alimentaires bruts, produits d’hygiène ou d’entretien.
- L’organisation d’animations autour de l’alimentation durable (dégustations, ateliers, visites de fermes, etc.), en lien avec les associations locales dans les quartiers.
