The Landes Nomads challenge:

It has been 2 years that we are working on this project of a collaborative place of life on the Southwest Coast.
Our goal? Create a third place where to offer a temporary housing solution at an affordable price, especially for seasonal workers and any person in fixed-term contract. To this, we want to make nomads Landes a meeting and exchange point between local and passing populations, and all years!
So we have planned to include in our place:
🌱 A sustainable restoration space with a vegan canteen & amp; A vegetable concept store
🛠 Work spaces shared with a photo lab, a Upcycling lab and a culinary laboratory
🎨 A creator market
🧘♀️ Individual well-being spaces & amp; collective
🌎 An event program around 4 themes: habitat, humans, food and nature of tomorrow.

Le défi Nomades Landes :
« Proposer un lieu de vie durable et public, ouvert à l'année, où loger étudiants et saisonniers du territoire landais et en proposant à toutes et tous des espaces partagés pour valoriser les talents et savoir-faire »
Cela fait 2 ans que nous travaillons sur ce projet de lieu de vie collaboratif sur la côte Sud-Landaise.
Notre objectif ? Créer un tiers-lieu où proposer une solution de logement temporaire à prix abordable notamment pour les travailleurs saisonniers et toute personne en contrat à durée déterminé. À cela, nous voulons faire de Nomades Landes un point de rencontre et d’échange entre les populations locales et de passage, et ce TOUTE L’ANNEE !
Nous avons donc prévu d’inclure dans notre lieu :
🌱 Un espace de restauration durable avec une cantine végane & un concept-store végétal
🛠 Des espaces de travail partagés avec un labo photo, un labo upcycling et un labo culinaire
🎨 Un marché de créateurs
🧘♀️ Des espaces bien-être individuels & collectifs
🌎 Une programmation événementielle autour de 4 thèmes : l'habitat, l'humain, l'alimentation et la nature de demain.
