Dethier was founded in 1947.

Through the years it has grown into a thriving company with a core team of 135 employees and a large network of suppliers and partners. In addition to being a construction company, we are also a project developer with experience throughout Flanders.

Dethier specializes mainly in larger projects such as school buildings, apartment blocks, industrial halls, offices, social housing, and public buildings. We strive for a good mix of working for third parties and investing in our own projects, the latter accounting for about 25% of the total. We often act as the general coordinator within a project, which is one of our strengths. Working meticulously and keeping our clients and customers satisfied is one of our main objectives. Our ambition is to do well whatever we do.
