L'association CitizenCorps a initié en 2017 le programme BECOME, un parcours citoyen pour découvrir son potentiel, s’ouvrir aux autres et agir.
BECOME veut permettre à la jeunesse de devenir plus confiante, plus capable, plus concernée, en montrant à chacun qu'il est possible d'être acteur de sa vie et du changement de la société. Il s'agit d'impulser chez les participants l'envie d'entreprendre, de réaliser leur potentiel et de contribuer à une société plus juste par des actions solidaires concrètes et des échanges privilégiés avec des figures de l'engagement social.
Notre programme s'inscrit en amont et en complément du Service Civique français existant, destiné quant à lui aux jeunes de 16 à 25 ans.
CitizenCorps développe de nouveaux programmes à destination aussi des plus jeunes: Le Grand Bain pour les enfants en primaire, un programme qui réunit des écoles des quartiers Nord et des quartiers Sud à Marseille, en les accompagnant sur l'année scolaire à developper un projet commun, porté par les enseignants.
CitizenCorps initie une dynamique collective des acteurs éducatifs à Marseille "Apprendre Ensemble à Marseille" afin de créer les conditions d'une collaboration entre acteurs associatifs sur le terrain, têtes de réseaux, Fondations et acteurs publics.
CitizenCorps est une association fondée en 2015.
