    Arbiom is committed to feeding the world in a sustainable and healthy way.

    We are mastering the feedstock flexibility, to create the next generation of fermentation products and technologies. We are able to deliver high-quality and sustainable protein ingredients by tapping into nature-based solutions.

    Arbiom has created two protein-rich ingredients: Yusto for food which bring quality, taste and well-being to nourrish people sustainably through meat and dairy analogs and specialized nutrition ; SylPro for feed with high protein content, excellent digestibility and outstanding palatability suitable for petfood and feed nutrition.

    Arbiom is now focusing on its industrial deployment, and getting ready to build its first plant in France. This industrial project relies on strong partnerships with the entire value chain, including feedstock manufacturers, food and feed manufacturers and retailers, all embodied in the SylPlant - EU funded project.

📢 The 2024 FoodTech 500 is here! Now in its sixth edition, the FoodTech 500 highlights some of the most promising AgriFoodTech companies working at the intersection of food, technology, and sustainability. This year, +1,420 applications from +80 countries were reviewed, with finalists collectively raising US$8.67 billion to date.
