L'Entraide Scolaire Amicale (E.S.A) est une association reconnue d'utilité publique, agréée association éducative complémentaire de l'enseignement public et labellisée Ideas.
Depuis 1969, l’Entraide Scolaire Amicale (E.S.A) aide les enfants à réussir en partant du principe que 'Tous les enfants ont droit à la même chance'. Grâce à ses 4 700 bénévoles, elle propose un accompagnement global individualisé à des enfants que leurs parents ne peuvent ni aider, ni faire aider, faute de connaissances et de moyens financiers. Elle accompagne aujourd'hui 5 500 enfants du CP à la Terminale dans toute la France.
Son action se décline en 3 points :
- L’accompagnement individualisé de l’enfant pour lui redonner confiance et le rendre autonome
- L’ouverture sur le monde qui l’entoure grâce à des sorties culturelles
- La sensibilisation des parents aux enjeux du travail scolaire
