Since 2019, Nour has supported social inclusion by yoga by intervening with vulnerable audiences in social structures in France, to make sport and health accessible to all.

Inclusive, that is to say? Nour courses are adapted to everyone, all morphologies, ages, sex, physical conditions, pathologies and disabilities.
Solidarity, that is to say? With Nour, companies contribute to our social impact to allow our beneficiaries in precarious situations to practice in turn!
Nour in figures: a community of 200 inclusive yoga teachers distributed in 8 cities in France, 70 partners, and more than 300 beneficiaries per week.

Depuis 2019, Nour soutient l'inclusion sociale par le yoga en intervenant auprès des publics vulnérables dans les structures sociales en France, pour rendre le sport et la santé accessibles à tous.
Mais ce n’est pas tout ! On propose également des cours inclusifs et solidaires en entreprise pour découvrir le yoga de façon ludique et différente !
Inclusif, c’est-à-dire ? Les cours Nour sont adaptés à tous, toutes les morphologies, âges, sexes, conditions physiques, pathologies et handicaps.
Solidaire, c’est-à-dire ? Avec Nour, les entreprises contribuent à notre impact social pour permettre à nos bénéficiaires en situation de précarité de pratiquer à leur tour !
