With a long experience in the rehabilitation of polluted sites, Brownfields defines the upstream remediation strategy according to the development project. The work is then carried out in collaboration with local companies from a range of technical solutions. After 8 years of existence, Brownfields gained acclaim from discerning customers, including General Motors, Shell and Unilever who have been convinced by the expertise and guarantees offered by the groupn and by the credibility of the legal and economic model. With more than 20 brownfields converted to date, the company has taken part to the creation of more than 3,000 residential units in inner city and of about 100 000 square meters of business and commercial areas in different regions.
