This service will offer: 1/ The dematerialization of administrative procedures
2/ a directory of host companies, allowing you to know precisely the professions practiced in the company and which can be observed as part of an immersion and an informed manager to whom to send an immersion request.

Immersion facilitée est une startup d’Etat, portée par le ministère délégué à l’insertion, la DGEFP et Pôle emploi.
Nous sommes une petite équipe d’experts métiers et d’experts du numérique. Nous concevons ensemble et avec les utilisateurs ce service public numérique.
L’immersion professionnelle ou période de mise en situation professionnelle (PMSMP) a été créée en 2014 pour permettre à tout actif en recherche d’emploi ou occupé de vérifier qu’un métier lui convient afin de sécuriser son projet professionnel.
C’est un levier puissant de retour à l’emploi (72 % des personnes qui en profitent trouvent un emploi durable dans les mois qui suivent,) utilisé pour aider à s’orienter, valider une piste professionnelle ou une formation ou promouvoir des profils qui seraient autrement restés invisible.
Mais aujourd'hui, à peine 350 000 immersions professionnelles sont réalisées.
Pourquoi si peu d’immersions ?
Parce que les personnes qui cherchent à faire une immersion n’ont pas un outil à leur disposition leur permettant d’identifier des entreprises où s’adresser.
Parce que le proces administratif pour avoir l’accord de faire une immersion est lourd et chronophage.
Résultats ... des délais très longs pour des immersions d’une durée courte, des déplacements et des abandons avant le démarrage de l’immersion. Et prime est souvent donnée aux plus autonomes et confiants en eux.
La solution :
Mettre à disposition un service numérique, “l’immersion facile.”
Ce service proposera : 1/ La dématérialisation des démarches administratives
2/ un annuaire des entreprises accueillantes, permettant de connaître précisément les métiers pratiqués dans l'entreprise et pouvant être observés dans le cadre d'une immersion et un responsable informé à qui adresser une demande d'immersion.
3/ un moteur de recherche et une présentation des résultats conçus pour éviter de sursolliciter les mêmes entreprises et protéger leurs coordonnées.
