DOWNCLASSED
In their industrial processes, manufacturers generate 1 to 2% of so-called "downgraded" materials which are excluded from traditional distribution channels (Retailers, DIY Superstores). These new products with minor defects deserve to be used and to serve as many people as possible.
CLEARANCE
Once the materials are manufactured, they are purchased by different stakeholders. Due to order errors, unsold items, construction site surplus, end of series, it sometimes happens that these materials are not used and become "dormant stocks". When there is no more room to store them and to prevent them from ending up in the dumpster, we collect them, inspect them and make them available to you.
REUSE
When possible, we collect materials that have already had a first use. They are methodically deposited on the deconstruction sites.

DÉCLASSÉS
Dans leurs process industriels, les fabricants génèrent 1 à 2% de matériaux dit "déclassés" qui sont exclus des circuits de distribution traditionnels (Négoces, Grandes Surfaces de Bricolage). Ces produits neufs ayant des défauts mineurs méritent d'être utilisés et de servir au plus grand nombre.
DESTOCKAGE
Une fois les matériaux fabriqués, ils sont achetés par différents acteurs. En raison d'erreurs de commande, invendus, surplus de chantier, fins de série, il arrive parfois que ces matériaux ne soient pas utilisés et deviennent des "stocks dormants". Lorsqu'il n'y a plus de place pour les stocker et pour éviter qu'ils finissent à la benne, nous les récupérons, les inspectons et vous les mettons à disposition.
RÉEMPLOI
Lorsque cela est possible, nous récupérons des matériaux ayant déjà eu une première utilisation. Ils sont déposés méthodiquement sur les chantiers de déconstruction.
