Es además una entidad sin ánimo de lucro y está sujeta al derecho administrativo cuando ejerce las potestades públicas que la ley le encomienda. El Colegio se creó por Ley 6/2000, de 19 de mayo de 2000, y se rige por sus Estatutos, siendo los actualmente vigentes los publicados en el DOCV de 21 de noviembre de 2013.
    Ofrecemos servicios a la sociedad y al colegiad@, siendo los rimeros: formación, peritajes, cesión de espacios, eventos, ventanilla única de trámites, registro de colegiados, certificado de títulos, publicaciones y visados. L@s colegiad@s, además de estos servicios disfrutan en exclusiva del servicio de empleo, asesoría integral y de los servicios concertados. Y tienen grandes descuentos en formación, eventos y otras actividades colegiales.
