Provence Studios : a new solution for film shooting in the south of France !
Provence, is the second region who welcomes movie settings due to its landscapes, its exceptional weather and light and many film professionals.
Located a few kilometers away from Marseille, Provence Studios is a private space of 22 hectares dedicated to the audiovisual production, with all the services that the second largest city of France can offer.
We are also part of the Aix-Marseille Metropolis, based near the airport of Marseille Provence (about 20 minutes by car) and the train station of Aix-en-Provence TGV.
Moreover, our location allows us to be at the center of natural settings in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur :
- At 30 minutes of the Camargue Natural Park
- Close to the famous creeks of Marseille
- And the Alpilles Natural Park landscapes...
Provence Studios offers a large size of sets in the main structure of 26 000 square meters. The biggest one of 2500 square meters is soundproofed, and the development work for the other sets is in progress.
We also have a large parking area on site, future backlots and shooting pool, and many other services :
- A rental equipment with Transpalux
- A renter of costumes and arms with the famous armorer Christophe Maratier
- A SFX team
- A post-production service with Dum-Dum Provence
- A stunt academy and team with Provence Action
- A renter and creator of decor with Provence Décoration
The ambition of Provence Studios is to create a real ecosystem for productions, where they can find all they need for their film project.
