Sea Technology - Innovating Maritime Excellence!
A floating infrastructure revolution & green energy transition!

Research and development of floating port terminals has gained momentum based on world trade's need for well-functioning, efficient ports as central logistics nodes. Container ships are growing in size and more volumes need to be handled in the ports at the same time as higher demands are placed on service and efficiency. In the green transition, the ports not only need to act as a logistics node, but also an energy node. At the same time, the continued urbanization means that the surfaces are limited and the impact on the local environment is greater, for example during dredging and operations. Thereby, a floating port terminal can contribute to a new logistics innovation in the transport system as part of port development and the green energy transition.
