[Automatic translation follows] IT at your door! Informa'Truck is the actor truck that repairs your PC wherever you need it.
Informatruck is the 1st network of itinerant and autonomous and autonomous workshops for repair and computer assistance (computers, tablets and smartphones) and electronics (consoles, small household appliances), which fights digital exclusion while promoting the inclusion of disabled people who are distant from employment.
Due to our repair activity directly in our trucks, we create an environmental impact by allowing everyone to prolong the life of their electronic devices without making tens of kilometers.
In detail, we mainly work on 4 impacts and plan to become one of the first unicorns with impact in France (according to the definition of the Impact France movement: 50m of costs avoided thanks to our impacts) according to the following axes:
- Digital inclusion: providing assistance and repair services as close as possible to fragile, isolated and few ways to move.
- Inclusion Handicap: All our technicians are disabled and are trained in our workshops for two months.
- Circular economy, repairability and extension of the lifespan of devices
- Rurality / Mobility, reduce the displacements of individuals by joining them with other uses (e.g. have repaired by going shopping)
Our concept with multiple impacts has been widely recognized, by winning the call for projects of the Banque des Territoires "13M accelerate digital inclusion" - which makes us one of the 4 "champions of digital inclusion in France", by becoming the only very small bus to win the trophy of the inclusive company of the year (to the inclusiv'days 2022) and recently by winning the price of the remarkable initiative in JUNE 2023.

Informatruck est le 1er réseau de camions-ateliers itinérants et autonomes de réparation et d'assistance informatique (ordinateurs, tablettes et smartphones) et électronique (consoles, petit électroménager), qui combat l'exclusion numérique tout en favorisant l'inclusion de personnes handicapées éloignées de l'emploi.
De par notre activité de réparation directement dans nos camions, nous créons un impact environnemental en permettant à chacun de pouvoir prolonger la vie de ses appareils électroniques sans faire des dizaines de kilomètres.
En détail, nous œuvrons majoritairement sur 4 impacts et prévoyons de devenir l'une des premières licornes à impact de France (selon la définition du mouvement Impact France : 50M de couts évités grâce nos impacts) selon les axes suivants :
- Inclusion numérique : apporter les services d'assistance et de réparation au plus près des personnes fragiles, isolées et ayant peu de moyens de se déplacer.
- Inclusion handicap : TOUS nos techniciens sont en situation de handicap et sont formés dans nos ateliers pendant deux mois.
- Economie circulaire, réparabilité et prolongation de la durée de vie des appareils
- Ruralité / mobilité, réduire les déplacements des particuliers en les jumelant avec d'autres usages (par ex : faire réparer en allant faire ses courses)
