Nous travaillons avec eux au quotidien en leur apportant une expertise multi-casquette : stratégique, juridique, aide au financement, à la commercialisation, à la stratégie marketing et communication, sur les aspects RH, aide à la décision.
Avec eux, nous partageons le risque et le succès.
En tant qu'associé cofondateur, nous ne sommes pas rémunérés pour notre accompagnement ; nous investissons du temps et de la compétence contre une partie minoritaire du capital en tant que "operational partner".
L'accompagnement se déroule via un parcours sur mesure en 3 étapes :
- Une phase d'idéation et de maturation du projet
- Une phase de construction
- acquisition des premiers clients, statuts juridiques, constitution de l'équipe
- Une phase de recherche de financement et de levée de fonds
