1. Développement immobilier (construction neuve et réhabilitation) puis gestion via sa foncière citoyenne au sein de laquelle les usagers sont associés et impliqués depuis la programmation jusqu’à la gestion.
2. Accompagnement – Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (AMO) et d’Usage (AMU) auprès :
• de groupes de particuliers en autopromotion qui souhaitent développer leur propre habitat participatif,
• des collectivités, aménageurs et propriétaires fonciers qui souhaitent accueillir des groupes ou initier un projet d’habitat participatif sur leur territoire,
