Nous voulons encourager les femmes à se lancer sur des terrains dont elles ont été éloignées par leur éducation et culture. Nous estimons que nul domaine ne peut être productif s'il n'est pas composé d'hommes et de femmes. Nous voulons donc également encourager les hommes à nous rejoindre afin de travailler ensemble, main dans la main. E-mma voit l'avenir en double, c'est-à-dire où la mixité devient banalité, et où la productivité a pour essence l'égalité.

Nous avions pour objectif de créer des antennes régionales dans les 12 villes de la France.
Nous venons à présent d'accomplir ses objectifs, car nous avons une antenne régionale dans chaque ville.
Nous espérons à présent faire de l'association E-mma une association internationale sur les années à venir.
