The OFCE brings together more than forty French and foreign researchers who cover the fields of economic analysis around four areas of work: analysis and forecasting of the French economy, European issues, environmental issues and analysis of inequalities.
Since June 2014, the OFCE has been chaired by Xavier Ragot, Director of Research at the CNRS and Professor of Economics at Sciences Po. In June 2017, the President of the FNSP and the Director of Sciences Po and Administrator of the FNSP renewed Xavier Ragot's mandate for a period of five years.
Under the authority of its President, the OFCE Management Committee brings together the Principal Director, the three Department Directors and the Executive Director. Telle est la mission que l’Etat a confiée à l’OFCE et qu'il remplit en conduisant des travaux théoriques et empiriques, en participant aux réseaux scientifiques internationaux, en assurant une présence régulière dans les médias et en coopérant étroitement avec les pouvoirs publics français et européens.
L’OFCE regroupe plus de quarante chercheurs et chercheuses françaises et étrangères qui couvrent les champs de l'analyse économique autour de quatre axes de travail : l'analyse et la prévision de l'économie française, les questions européennes, la question environnementale et l'analyse des inégalités.
Depuis juin 2014, l’OFCE est présidé par Xavier Ragot, Directeur de recherches au CNRS et professeur en économie à Sciences Po. En juin 2017, le Président de la FNSP et le Directeur de Sciences Po et Administrateur de la FNSP ont reconduit le mandat de Xavier Ragot, pour une durée de cinq ans.
Sous l’autorité de son Président, le Comité de Direction de l’OFCE réunit le Directeur principal, les trois Directeurs de départements et la Directrice exécutive. Il fixe les orientations stratégiques et prend les décisions opérationnelles relatives au fonctionnement et à la gestion de l’OFCE, en collaboration avec la FNSP.
