Our software accurately simulates your FAST/SPS machine and its results before physical sintering
We produce the parts at high temperature 4 times faster than by conventional processes (foundry, forge, machining). Thanks to the speed of the flash sintering process and the control of thermal gradients, the mechanical properties of the materials are also increased by around 15%.

Norimat Group est spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de pièces techniques (céramique/métal) de très haute performance par frittage flash.
Nous produisons les pièces à haute température en 4 fois moins de temps que par des procédés classiques (fonderie, forge, usinage). Grâce à la vitesse du procédé de frittage flash et à la maîtrise des gradients thermiques, les propriétés mécaniques des matériaux sont également augmentées d’environ 15%.
