Het Autonoom Gemeentebedrijf Stadsontwikkeling Aalst, kortweg AGSA, is de vastgoeddochter van de stad Aalst. Haar kerntaken zijn de opstart, de opvolging en de uitvoering van een aantal strategische vastgoedprojecten voor de stad Aalst. Ook het SportAG is een autonoom gemeentebedrijf van de stad Aalst.
