One Cherry aims to reinvent second-hand shopping experience by making it more convenient and accessible to the customer, ultimately increasing the revenue of the shops. Mainly working with charity shops we are supporting the great work done by the charities.

By reducing friction in the second-hand shopping experience, we want to make ‘sustainable shopping’ a more attractive option in the eyes of the consumer, thereby diverting the economy from the established “take, make, dispose” model to a “make, use, return” circular economy model, which produces 99% less emissions.

Following our successful trial launch in December 2017 with 4 charity shops in Edinburgh, we launched in Edinburgh in July 2018, with the BirthLink Thrift Shop - Scotland’s oldest charity shop, as well as with Edinburgh Share and Reuse Hub.
