ASTIC members are civil servants of the Higher Bodies of Information Systems and Technologies of Public Administrations.
Our main task is the direction and management of units and projects related to information systems and communications of Public Administrations. The primary objective is the improvement of public services provided to citizens and the improvement of Spanish society in general through the proper use of Technology. ASTIC has around 750 members, mostly belonging to the Higher Bodies of Information Systems and Technologies of the State Administration and Social Security, and carries out different activities.Original language

Los socios de ASTIC, somos funcionarios de los Cuerpos Superiores de Sistemas y Tecnologías de la Información de las Administraciones Públicas.
Nuestro cometido principal es la dirección y gestión de las unidades y proyectos relativos a los sistemas de información y las comunicaciones de las Administraciones Públicas. El objetivo primordial es la mejora de los servicios públicos prestados a los ciudadanos y la mejora de la Sociedad Española en general a través del buen uso de la Tecnología. ASTIC tiene en torno a 750 socios, mayoritariamente pertenecientes a los Cuerpos Superiores de Sistemas y Tecnologías de la Información de la Administración del Estado y de la Seguridad Social, y realiza distintas actividades.
