The Pescar Argentina Foundation is a non-profit civil society organization whose main objective is to promote and execute actions aimed at strengthening the link between education, youth and employment.

La Fundación Pescar Argentina es una organización de la sociedad civil sin fines de lucro cuyo objetivo principal es promover y ejecutar acciones orientadas al fortalecimiento del vínculo entre educación, juventud y empleo.
Para lograrlo, la Fundación posee diversas líneas de acción entre las cuales se destaca el Programa “Centros Pescar – Educando para el Trabajo”. El mismo consiste en la implementación de centros educativos que brindan formación personal y laboral a jóvenes de escasos recursos y oportunidades.
El programa busca fomentar el desarrollo integral de los jóvenes estimulándolos a adoptar nuevos hábitos, actitudes de convivencia y de ciudadanía; con el fin de recobrar el sentido de la “cultura del trabajo” y favorecer su plena inclusión sociolaboral. Los Centros funcionan dentro de las empresas a través del modelo de franquicia social, y constituyen la Red Pescar, que en la actualidad posee un alcance nacional.
Pescar posee una fuerte relación con ONGs y organismos gubernamentales que se especializan en otras temáticas vinculadas al desarrollo y la educación. En base a ello participa en diversos programas como socio estratégico en las áreas de gestión, capacitación y monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos sociales. En este sentido, Pescar se vincula forjando una alianza que potencia las fortalezas de cada una de las organizaciones con las que emprende acciones conjuntas.
