    #AccelerateTheFuture
Promoting a sustainable future by building the world’s most efficient hydrogen powered city car.

Eco-Runner Team Delft is a non-profit, multidisciplinary student project at Delft University of Technology, that focuses on developing the world’s most efficient hydrogen-powered city car. Every year, a new car is produced to push the boundaries of vehicle efficiency.

Our team has proven to be successful in the past, winning the Shell Eco Marathon in 2008, 2015, 2022 and having multiple podium wins in almost all years that we participated in. In 2023, we became Guinness World Record holders by driving an astonishing distance of 2488.5 kilometers on less than 1 kilogram of hydrogen!

Our current goal is to create a street-legal vehicle, which means that our car is able to drive on the public road. With this car, we aim to set a World Record for the furthest distance driven with a hydrogen-powered vehicle without refueling, on the public road. With this goal in mind, we continue to #AccelerateTheFuture
