    For a prosperous, fair and sober commerce tomorrow, ecologically and socially sustainable, and with a regenerative aim, we make the actors of commerce cooperate - distributors, manufacturers, service providers, institutions (federations, associations, academic world...) and offer our community of members a collection of awareness-raising, mobilization, dialogue, cooperation and measurement solutions to support the transformation of practices.

    We work on 3 pillars and a base:
    - Our base: CSR to accelerate the collective responses of retail players to societal and environmental requirements
    - Pillar 1: Retail to develop expertise and new retail practices to respond to changes in retail and consumers

    - Pillar 2: Supply chain to optimize all flows of goods and information to serve the retail chain efficiently and responsibly

    - Pillar 3: Human Resources to recreate meaning and attractiveness in retail professions while respecting inclusion and diversity

    Accompagner la transformation sociétale du commerce

    Pour un commerce demain prospère, juste et sobre, soutenable écologiquement et socialement, et à visée régénérative, nous faisons coopérer les acteurs du commerce - distributeurs, industriels, prestataires, institutions (fédérations, associations, monde académique...) et proposons à notre communauté d'adhérents une collection de solutions de sensibilisation, de mobilisation, de dialogue, de coopération et de mesure pour accompagner la transformation des pratiques.

    Nous travaillons sur 3 piliers et un socle :
    - Notre socle : la RSE pour accélérer les réponses collectives des acteurs du commerce aux exigences sociétales et environnementales
    - Pilier 1 : le Retail pour développer l’expertise et les nouvelles pratiques retail pour répondre aux évolutions du commerce et des consommateurs

    - Pilier 2 : la Supply chain pour optimiser l’ensemble des flux de marchandises et d’informations pour servir la chaine du commerce de façon efficace et responsable

    - Pilier 3 : les Ressources Humaines pour recréer du sens, et de l’attractivité dans les métiers du commerce tout en respectant l’inclusion et la diversité
