Guidoline was born in 2010 from the desire for three enthusiasts to put Rouen in the saddle!
Today the association brings together more than 8000 members through:
- two workshops to learn for yourself to maintain and repair your bicycles
- animations throughout the metropolis to highlight the bicycle culture
- a cultural coffee that gives rise to enriching encounters
Member of the Address, Agency for the Development of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS), Guidoline rests its values and on the principles of popular education.
The association also belongs to the two major federations of cycling users: the French Federation of Bicycle Stands (FUB) and the Happy-Cyclage (National Network of Velos Workshops).

Guidoline est née en 2010 de l'envie de trois passionnés de mettre Rouen en selle !
Aujourd’hui l’association fédère plus de 8000 adhérents à travers :
- deux ateliers pour apprendre par vous-même à entretenir et réparer vos bicyclettes
- des animations dans toute la métropole pour mettre en avant la culture vélo
- un café culturel qui donne lieu à des rencontres enrichissantes
Membre de l’ADRESS, Agence pour le Développement de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS), Guidoline repose ses valeurs et sur les principes de l’éducation populaire.
L'association appartient également aux deux grandes fédérations des utilisateurs du vélo : la Fédération française des Usagers de la Bicyclette (FUB) et à l'Heureux-Cyclage (réseau national des ateliers vélos).
