Depuis 2005, l’af2m co-construit avec les acteurs de l’écosystème des Télécoms et accompagne l’innovation dans les marchés existants afin de répondre aux enjeux majeurs du digital.
Nos missions :
🔹 Coordonner les travaux de ses membres visant d’une manière générale à développer les services et usages numériques notamment dans de nouveaux domaines ou sur de nouveaux écrans connectés;
🔹 Informer les consommateurs et leur proposer des outils adaptés, dans le cadre des solutions multi-opérateurs de paiement sur facture et de la lutte contre les spams SMS et les spams vocaux;
🔹 Etre un interlocuteur privilégié, permanent, dédié et neutre, notamment pour les pouvoirs publics et les représentants des consommateurs;
🔹 Coordonner les travaux de ses membres et des acteurs impliqués dans la lutte contre la fraude;
🔹 Proposer des services de veille et d’actions déontologiques à des opérateurs de communications électroniques, membres et non membres de l’Association.
