Lab RH is a not-for-profit organisation born in 2015 from the grouping together of innovative players in the field of Human Resources with the aim of federating, energising and promoting HR innovation in France.
Our ambition: "Inspiring HR to play an active role in the future of work".
We're convinced that businesses have never had to think as hard as they do today about how their work structures, working methods and HR practices are changing. In this context, it seemed essential to us that the many players involved in innovation in France should have the opportunity to meet and make themselves known to corporate and institutional players. This observation led us to take the initiative of organising these encounters to encourage synergies between players and collaborations.
Le Lab RH is an ecosystem that today brings together more than 300 start-ups in the sector, as well as companies, universities, schools and research laboratories working on HR innovation.
Lab RH's partners include ConvictionsRH, Mercer, Sigma-RH and Softgarden, as well as AEF, Arcaneo, Atlas HXM, Châteauform', IGS, Littler France, PageGroup and Venero Capital Advisors

Le Lab RH est une association Loi 1901 née en 2015 du regroupement des acteurs innovants dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines dans le but de fédérer, dynamiser et promouvoir l'innovation RH en France.
Notre ambition : « Inspirer les RH pour les rendre acteurs du futur du travail ! »
Nous avons la conviction que les entreprises n’ont jamais eu autant besoin qu’aujourd’hui de penser à l'évolution de leurs organisations, leurs modes de travail et leurs pratiques RH. Dans ce cadre, il nous est apparu essentiel que les nombreux acteurs de l’innovation en France aient l’opportunité de se rencontrer et de se faire connaître auprès des entreprises et institutionnels. Ce constat nous a conduit à prendre l’initiative de l’organisation de ces rencontres pour favoriser les synergies entre acteurs et les collaborations.
Le Lab RH est un écosystème qui regroupe aujourd'hui plus de 300 startups du secteur, mais aussi des entreprises, universités, écoles et laboratoires de recherche qui travaillent autour de l'innovation dans les RH.
Le Lab RH compte pour partenaires : Mercer et Sigma-RH ainsi que AEF, Arcaneo, Atlas HXM, Châteauform', IGS, Littler France, PageGroup et Venero Capital Advisors.
