Interest in electric cars is growing rapidly, fuelled by the upcoming ban on the sale of new petrol and diesel vehicles and legislation for manufacturers to ramp up electric car sales every year between 2024 and 2030.

Consumers are confused. You’ve got to get to grips with so much when you make the switch... charging, understanding range and figuring out how much you need. Choosing and understanding the car is only half the battle. Car buyers also need to work out which energy tariff is right for them, what charger to buy, how to get one fitted.
