    We have created this platform, 50a50 Shared Leadership, as a tool and as a resource to work transversally, from associations, companies and organizations while advancing towards the achievement of objective no. 5 of the 2030 Agenda of the UN, whether on a personal or professional level, influencing our environment in raising awareness of the need and benefits of living in a more just, egalitarian, ethical and transparent world.

    From our association, we promote lobbying actions, with women from all professional fields in order to reach a 50 to 50 female representation, in Catalan public institutions, and in public and private business organizations .

    A first step towards achieving the goal of shared leadership in decision-making scenarios.

    Hem creat aquesta plataforma, 50a50 Lideratge Compartit, com a eina i com a recurs per tal de treballar transversalment, des de les associacions, empreses i organitzacions tot avançant cap l’assoliment de l’objectiu no 5 de l’Agenda 2030 de l’ONU, ja sigui a nivell personal com professional, influint en el nostre entorn en la concienciació de la necessitat i els beneficis de viure en un mon més just, igualitari, ètic i transparent.

    Des de la nostra associació, impulsem accions de lobby, comptant amb dones de tots els àmbits professionals per tal d’aconseguir arribar a una representació femenina del 50 a 50, en les institucions públiques catalanes, i en les organitzacions públiques i privades d’empreses.

    Un primer pas per tal d’aconseguir l’objectiu del lideratge compartit en els escenaris de presa de decisió.
