Ministry of Makers (MoM) was active between 2014 & 2022 as a regional Design Platform of Ghent and East Flanders. Ministry of Makers (MoM) was actief tussen 2014 & 2022 als een regionale Designplatform van Gent en Oost-Vlaanderen. Ministry of Makers haar zette in op meer en duurzamer te ondernemen en op innovatieve denkprocessen en co-creatie, niet alleen in het creatieve werkveld maar over alle sectoren heen. Ministry of Makers was een reële en virtuele ontmoetingsplaats met focus op designdenken, kruisbestuiving, matchmaking en co-creatie.
Ministry of Makers stond mee aan de wieg van OpenCreativesGhent, hét platform voor de creatieve- en cultuursector in en rond Gent:

Elke creatieve ondernemers kan nog steeds terecht bij Stad Gent. Als Gentse creatief ondernemer is het OOG, het Gentse ondernemersloket jouw eerste aanknooppunt. Je krijgt er gratis eerste lijnadvies en ze kunnen je ook doorverwijzen naar meer specifieke dienstverleners. Zij zullen jou ook doorverwijzen naar meer specifieke dienstverleners. Dit is heel divers. Wil je een zaak starten dan kan je ook beroep doen op een aantal ondersteunende maatregelen. Er is een heel specifiek aanbod voor Gentse nightlife.
