The Voice of the Free (formerly Visayan Forum) believes in empowering vulnerable women and children so that they can explore opportunities without the risk of trafficking and exploitation. It innovates lasting programs that contribute to ending modern slavery and trafficking. VF is a Philippines-based NGO since 1991 licensed by the government to operate a shelter and manage legal cases of young girls rescued from prostitution, cybersex and migrant forced labour.
