Energy Unlocked is an independent not-for-profit working internationally to accelerate the pace of energy systems transitions to meet climate change targets. Tomorrow's energy system will be more decentralised, resilient, renewable, and, eventually, zero carbon. But because it is such a critical enabler of growth and well-being, energy is highly regulated, and innovation is effectively locked out. New market entrants and innovators are on the front lines of uncovering market barriers to low carbon transition, and face legacy regulation as well as new policies that lock us into last centuryʼs energy system.
